Fletcher, North Carolina, February 4, 2020 – Capstone Health Alliance is proud to announce Grafton City Hospital is the newest member to join the alliance. Formed in 1915, today Grafton City Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital based out of Grafton, West Virginia.
